Admission & Registration Process : 

STEP 1. First counseling to be done by assistant co-ordinator (telephonic/visit)

STEP 3: Meeting with HOD 
Appointment Day & Time: Every sunday between 11am - 12pm
ID Proof of child and parents will be required during HOD Counseling.
  •  Oral Interview Test
  •  Basic Tests: Voice Test, Breathing Test, Audio Test(hearing levels), Music sensitivity Test
  •  Choice Song: Prepare any one song of your choice for voice test.
  •  Child Guidance and Counseling will be conducted along with parents/guardian before admission.

STEP 4: Approval for admission by deciding the eligibility, grade and learning stage.

STEP 5: Publication of Selection List 

STEP 6: Admission form fill up, payment of admission fees along with registration charges at office.

POST-ADMISSION REGISTRATION PROCESS: (Online)

Step 4. Registration Form Fill up & Documentation

Before you start filling the form, keep your documents ready for upload:
1. Copy of Aadhaar Card / E-Aadhaar
2. DOB Certificate
3. Passport size color photograph
4. Copy of Fee Card

Options to fill the registration  form: 
Option 1: Parents/Student can fill the form from home and submit online.
Option 2: Parents/Student can request for pre-filled form and submit from their google ID.
Option 3: Parents can bring mobile/laptop on sunday between 11AM - 12PM and meet teacher.


Step 5. Copy of filled registration form will be sent to your registered email ID.

Step 6: Final Verification Stage

Verification process may take 5 - 7 days.

Confirmation message on successful registration.
After registration, student ID card will be issued, subject to validity.
All data will reserved with institute and will be used as per requirements like admit card, music test, exams, events, marksheets, report card, certificate issue, auditions, competitions, subject to eligibility of student.

Registration Window: 

September Cycle: 1st september- 30th september
(For candidates enrolled between 1st march and 31st august)

Late Fine: Rs. 200/- (will be accepted till 15 october)

March Cycle: 1st march- 31st march
(For candidates enrolled between 1st september(previous year) and 28th february)

Late Registration form for march cycle will be accepted till 7th April with late fine of Rs. 200/-

Biographical Information:      
A student-teacher of Indian music and literature, Suman Mukherjee (Stage name: 'The bengoli boy') started learning music at the age of fourteen and had a keen interest in pursuing masters in literature and music. His mother used to play Rabindra Sangeet and some other Bengali songs at home whereas his father is a part time dramatist associated with The Bengal Club located in Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Consequently it developed a musical and literary culture around him. Sm has completed his University Masters in English literature and passed B.Ed teacher training program with first class distinction score of 86%. Initially he took "Sangeet-taalim" from his Music Guru Late T.Ishwar Rao who lives in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and completed Diploma in Indian Classical Music from AGMV, Mumbai under guidance of his guruji and now he is continuing his formal education in music under guidance of Smt. Nupur Goswami. The bengoli boy suman would enjoy listening to Hindi, English and Bengali songs.

Music Profile:
Suman Mukherjee is born and brought up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. By profession, he is a singer, songwriter and a Youtuber. He is the winner of TATA STEEL Saregama 2016, organised under Jamshedpur Carnival. And has bagged many prizes and medals in singing He has performed in more than 90+ venues in all over Jharkhand. 

Grade and Qualifications:
Initially he took "Sangeet-taalim" from his Music Guru Late T.Ishwar Rao who lives in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and completed Senior Diploma in Indian Classical Vocal Music from AGMV, Mumbai under guidance of his guruji. He is certified in vocal from Sagar Central University, Madhya Pradesh. Suman sir has completed his University Masters in literature and also did his B.Ed to upgrade his teaching skills. Now he is continuing his higher education in music under guidance of Smt.Vidushi Nupur Goswami Ma’am. 

Teaching Experience:
As a music teacher, suman sir has got total 5 years of continuing experience. He joined Western Music Classes, Jamshedpur in 2019 as Music Instructor. He also remained an integral part of our last year concert held in Michael John Auditorium, Bistupur. He also worked in Jusco School, Kadma as a music teacher and currently he is appointed as full time music teacher at Sheyn International School, Mango, Jamshedpur.(affiliated to CBSE). He was also invited as honorable Judge of Singing Competition at XLRI Jamshedpur in November 2022.

His Music Ideology:
His music ideology is to spread the popularity of Indian Classical music and literature among youth and modern artist who lost classicism. Suman sir is greatly Influenced by Sonu Nigam and Shankar Mahadevan, the two legendary musicians of our country.
